At MESO Customs, we stand by the quality of our premium apparel and gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Ensure the garments are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
